This project is part of our community initiative to help local small businesses establish professional online presence. Working alongside my brother, we've built multiple websites for entrepreneurs who lack technical resources but need effective digital platforms to reach customers.
For iFast Roadside Assistance, the challenge was creating a trustworthy, accessible website that conveys reliability and professionalism—critical for emergency services. **Planning & Requirements Gathering:** The project began with consultation meetings to understand the business needs, target audience, and competitive landscape. We identified key user journeys: customers seeking immediate help, those comparing service options, and potential clients researching the company's credibility.
Sitemap planning resulted in clear information architecture: Home, Services, Pricing, About Us, Contact/Emergency Request, and Service Area. Each page was designed with specific conversion goals aligned with business objectives.
**Frontend Development:** The site uses modern HTML5/CSS3 with vanilla JavaScript for interactive elements, avoiding heavy frameworks to maintain fast load times crucial for mobile users with limited connectivity. The mobile-first responsive design ensures optimal display across devices from smartphones to desktops.
CSS Grid and Flexbox create flexible layouts that adapt to various screen sizes.
